What you share
We store your name, verified email, access status, language preference and any phone number or introduction you choose to provide. Your password is stored as a hash, never as readable text.
Document activity
We record documents and pages opened, repeat visits and approximate active viewing time to manage access and understand which information is useful. We do not track eye movements. Personal introduction links help attribute new introductions; they do not reveal all document sharing.
How it is used
Information is available to authorized Pinkstone team members and the providers needed to host the site and send access emails. We do not sell your information. Secure session cookies keep you signed in.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct information, or request deletion of your account and activity by writing to the email below. Information is retained while needed for the relationship and access administration, or where recordkeeping is necessary.
Access is not participation
Email verification establishes your identity. Document access is granted by Pinkstone and may expire or be revoked. None creates an allocation, commitment, guarantee of returns or ownership right. Terms of any future participation will be shared in private documentation.
Personal use
Documents are intended for the authorized recipient. Watermarks identify access, but no technology completely prevents screenshots or photographs. Please ask prospective readers to request their own access rather than sharing your password.
